What happened next is what earns you a special place in our hearts! Six months after buying our home, our furnace burns up! After the Firemen leave, June and I calm down a little, we called you. You instantly gave me the number to HSA Home Warranty and showed genuine concern for our welfare. You offered us the use of your own personal space heater. Your husband even gave us the better of the two without even giving it a second thought! You gave us helpful suggestions to help us cope with the situation. You even kept “checking in” with us to see how we were doing!
We have been moved to tears over your compassion and dedication to helping your customers. You went way way way “over the top!” After the sale of our home, you never had to deal with us again! You did not have to do what you did. You could have had your office call back with the HSA number. You did not have to take time out of your day to help us. However, you did. You are a wonderful person, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for what you have done for us!
